Products purchased from Data Financial, Inc. (standard orders with non-custom equipment, including accessories) may be returned upon receiving consent and issuance of a Return Authorization Number.
How Do I Qualify for the 7 Day Money Back Guarantee?
Return items in new condition with the original packaging and accessories within 7 days of receiving the order. Returns not in original packaging will incur a 20% restocking fee.
The 7 Day Money Back Guarantee refund covers product charges minus actual shipping costs.
Important Considerations:
- Customers may request return UPS return label (deducted from refund) or return at their own expense.
- Return shipping and shipping insurance is the responsibility of the customer for all products shipped via a Freight carrier.
- Products returned after 7 days are not covered by the 7 Day Money Back Guarantee
- A restocking fee of 20% of the item purchase price will be assessed to any products returned within 8-30 days
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. No returns after 30 days

- Any custom ordered or individually configured equipment
- Any Safe or item shipped with a freight carrier
